「Great stay at the guest house! Came into town for a close friends party in the neighborhood nearby and this was the perfect spot for my wife and I! My wife has back issues and it was awesome that the bed/ bedding were very comfortable! She said this morning “I wish we could pack this guest house up and take it with us on our travels”! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and the host was very responsive!」

「The listing dies not come close to matching. Listing says "sleeps 3" but there is only a queen size bed and we had to purchade an air mattress. Host states "just reach out if you need anything!" We tried to reach out on five different occassion, never got any responses! TV for location states "smart tv" it is not it is only ROKU. States "parking available" only if you can manage to squeeze in to driveway next to the hosts vehicle. Location does not come close to what is advertisec!」

「I hesitate to leave such a negative review but feel that if I had read something similar to what I’m about to write, it would’ve affected my decision on renting this unit. This unit has a cockroach problem. The owner said that he has never had this problem before; however, I looked back at the reviews to see if I had missed any mention of this. Sure enough, it looks like the September 7th review of this unit also mentioned pests inside. I can confirm this, and there were also bugs on the balcony...
