“This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property.”

“The laundry experience was good! The kitchen needs several improvements such as clean plates that were greasy, knives that were not sharp, limited silverwares, mugs, and glasses. The faucet was also broken.We had no internet on the first day. It was hard to contact the host.We have been to different places so I recommend that the host gets better cleaners, provide guests with instructions about everything in the house. And also make sure that the closets and drawers were tidy for the guests.……

“Everything about our stay was awesome. The host was so responsive and quick to any question I had before and even one I had during our stay. The house was so clean and beautifully decorated and super comfortable too. The property it was on was perfect for what we wanted which was to feel remote and a beautiful spot.
