「For a hotel that was advertised on the Colorado Marathon webpage as a partner hotel, advertised with early breakfast available from 3:30am, then kitchen was not open till 6:30am. In addition the hotel booked a gala in the lobby on the same night which was very noisy until 11pm when all the marathon runners needed an early nights sleep.」

This time we got our room as we specifically asked the clerk at the front desk about getting a room close to the hot tub. So she did give us a room on the first floor close to the hot tub. 「Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. 「The location is prime for me when I need to stay away from the crowd. Just recently this property has been remodeled and updated. The rooms are very nice and come with a microwave and an small refrigerator. For the price of the room this is exceptional. The front desk staff and housekeeping are wonderful. The only negative I have to say is that the breakfast can be one note. However, I am very grateful that it is provided. It is "always" delicious and plentiful. It was not always offered. So...
