「The Blue Heron Cottage was an excellent stay for my family. While small, the property was big enough for us and two kids. The cottage itself inside was pretty new all around. The only thing that needs updating would be the shower. Full kitchen with oven and fridge was nice. Beds comfy. Property good for kids and a dog if you have one. The best part was the location. A block from the bay and three from the river. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!」

「We had a great 10 person family vacation. The house was spacious and clean. The view of the Chesapeake amazing. The pool was very big and deep in comparison to most vacation rentals. They had a paddle board, several kayaks and life jackets in all sizes. The only things I would be aware of is the amount of steps. The house has 4 levels and 3 flights of steps. The driveway has a flight of steps. To get to the pool many steps and steep hill to maneuver. We didn’t mind it because it was good...
