However, the surrounding area lacks amenities—there are no nearby malls or entertainment options, so alternative transport or plans may be needed. All in all, the stay was comfortable, but local convenience could be improved."

"Excellent customer service esp. Ms Tong has gone out of her way to introduce Shenzhen from the Ancient City, Netherland Flower garden to the Talent park and Shopping centre for our 4 days stay. Will definitely come back to this beautiful modern yet traditional city again."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night in early May. The panoramic sea view was truly stunning, but the room rate was understandably a bit high. Also, the shower head in the bathroom needs repair. That said, the room was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. I don’t have the “Meituan” smartphone app, but I needed to buy some medicines—so the staff were willing to assist me with that. "The room was huge and clean. However, the hotel seems to have been forgotten by Wyndham, as the pool has been emptied a while ago, and all the special rooms and shops were closed (and probably have been for a few years)."
