"The unit we were in was immaculate and the views were spectacular, would recommend it to anyone. The breakfast was very good also, with plenty of choice. Trevor is an amiable and welcoming host, Jack and Harley are equally welcoming ( the dogs)."

"Fantastic property, comfortable, well equipped, peaceful, stunning views. It is remote so bring food and drinks for your stay. If lucky enough to be there on a Friday night the dinner at the boat club is a must. Great nearby attractions ie Waitomo glow worm caves, natural bridge and waterfall. "

"The unit we had was in a very bad, unkempt condition as was the grounds. I doubt if I would bother book there again. The staff I dealt with were friendly tho so that is a plus. Hope they can do better. It's a tough old world out there "

"The stay was fantastic. Amazing scenery and really in the absolute middle of nowhere. Nearest town was around 40 minutes away which was perfect for us. Beautiful river right off the back door and mountains all around. A quick and easy drive to one of the black-sand beaches."
