“I had good moment here, super kind staff with welcome drink, only hot water is not too hot ”

“ No”

“Good”

“New and clean. The room is small, but perfectly adequate for a single occupant. It had all the necessary facilities, so I felt completely at ease during my stay. It took quite a while for the shower to come up to a warm temperature, but that was a minor issue. The breakfast was delicious too.”

“This is a hard one. Could have been a 4 or 5 star except for a couple of important details. The water for the shower never got hot, but was neutral enough for a quick shower. The main issue was arranging for transport to the airport for an early flight. We tried to arrange it with the front desk from the moment we arrived. Finally, they said that there would be someone at the desk at 5am to arrange a fixed price taxi. We came down a few minutes before 5am and waited. No one there. Went back up……

“Convenient place”

“I only very short stay, I wouldn't stay longer as the price and service is not in line”

“A hotel with a distinct Sri Lankan atmosphere. The rooms are functional. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the outside. The cleaning service leaves something to be desired; there are strands of hair on the floor. The washroom is rather dark, but the bathroom facilities work well. Breakfast is a bit of a let-down—there are absolutely no vegetables. The biggest mystery about this hotel is that, although the room numbers are in the 300s, the rooms are actually on the fourth floor!”

“Only OK to consider for an overnight stay pending the seaplane transfer to the islands. Hygienic conditions are poor, I got bitten by loads of bed bugs during my sleep for just six hours, bites were everywhere over my arms, shoulders, legs and fingers. Service was OK, and they included complimentary Airport transfer for me. Having said that, I would consider elsewhere for an overnight stay in Male on the next holiday occasion.”
