- We had no issues with communications -The townhouse is in a great location - the townhouse was clean but dated- some of the sliding glass doors were not working - safe and secure location - overall stay was good

Beautiful property

This was our third time staying in Crescent Cove, but our first with this property. This was the nicest unit we have stayed in so far and we very much enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying again!

Great!! tranquile location. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. For us it was ideal location away from the metropolitan area. Exactly where we needed to be for our travels thorough out the island. Palmas Del Mar is a beauty place! Highly recommended

Week vacation with friends

Beautiful place! Close to beach! Felt extremely safe! When we first got there we noticed something had leaked all over the floor and was a thick puddle of water, manager was very responsive with this situation and had someone come right over to check/fix it up within the hour. We got the king bedroom and everything was perfect, great view, nice size, and very clean! The other couple took the top floor queen bedroom and they seemed to have a lot of problems. Had no AC control in their room, it was extremely hot the entire time, ceiling fan would only work with the light on and they couldn’t get the light to shut off, could not get WiFi in the room for the tv, phones, or laptops and they had no hot water in their shower. Mentioned the hot water to the manager and got no response. Along with asking several times about the pool, because it was very misleading, also got no response. The papers said the pool was open, but the pool was gated off the entire time with signs saying closed.. saw a few people go in at random times during the week, but the closed signs and ropes never got taken down.. very confusing/misleading.

Great location, spacious, clean, incredible views, great pool, with the beach steps away, safe, easy access, well equipped kitchen, lots of beach toys, towels, great rooftop with lots of seating, grill, etc. very sage, super friendly people and responsive! . we loved it and will come again!

Beautiful resort and condo

Palmas Del Mar is beautiful and the unit and it’s community were perfect. Spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful too. A few minor fixes needed with the shades. The unit manager was terrific. And very responsive. Check in was seamless and they gave us so much information in advance to make everything easy. Will stay here again - wonderful stay and time with family. I have four stars for the description of the unit because the twin beds are on the second floor and the queen is on the third floor. We preferred it that way! Can’t wait to come back!

Spring Break

The property is nice and can accommodate quite a few people comfortably. The kitchen utensils and accessories could be improved. The kitchen in general needs to be updated. The property manager was very responsive once we were at the property and issues were addressed very quickly. The location near the beach and the overall property is very nice. We rented a golf cart but do not think it necessary at all. We found the selection of restaurants to be limited and of fair quality in the resort. Unfortunately, blackouts in Puerto Rico continue and are frequent still. Certainly not the property's fault, but guests should be aware of this possibility. They ranged from 30 minutes to 8 plus hours.

The Property was Beautiful only over an hour away from the city. Few hiccups but I enjoyed myself.

Property was Beautiful had a few hiccups with the unit that I won't go into but I enjoyed myself. Did Haye that the pool closed at 8pm and most nights it was so dark out we didn't want to swim after 6:30 we had to ask for lights to be turned on. I actually thought that the resort was a "Hotel" Not actually residents didn't realize we would be staying in a community where we couldn't really have too much fun due to resident rules. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there for a Celebration maybe for a Quiet Get away.

Great place!

Beautiful 3 story condo with awesome ocean views and beautiful, well tended landscapes. It’s nit a wide beach but is nice when the seaweed isn’t covering it. The pool is large, nice and clean! The condo itself was immaculate and furnished with everything you need. Beach towels, boogie boards, kids’ beach toys, and more! Kitchen has everything you need to cook or grill on the 3rd floor deck! All appliances, lots of spices, utensils and more! The resort has about 7 restaurants. You definitely need the golf cart to get around and experience the paid back lifestyle of the resort. Order ahead because they were completely booked and we couldn’t get one. All in all it was a very clean property and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Needs upgrade!

The location is great! However one morning a gentleman was cleaning the areas and throws the water hose at me without notice I was there with my wife. In addition, two of the beds were broken.

Great place to stay

The condo is really nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the place even with covid restrictions. We cooked most of the time. Manager, Jan is very helpful and usually response to my request instantly. I would consider coming back with one reservation: one main reason we came here is that not only we can enjoy the weather, the beach but we could also play tennis at the club. However it is really upsetting when the club told us that it is only open to club members but not guesses due to covid restriction. It felt like a slap on the face. I am prepared to have the club closed due to covid, before we visit. However, as a community, if they don't want us or treat us as second class, then I likely would be very hesitant to visit here again and spend my money at somewhere that I would be treated equally.
