I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. "La posada esta ubicada arriba del morro, y hay que atravezar una subida muy empinada para llegar. Es realmente el mayor problema que tiene esta posada. Teniamos auto alquilado, pero no cualquier auto sube semejante pendiente. Los taxis y deliverys te dejan en la base porque no quieren subir. Sinceramente, cuando llegamos y vi esta ubicacion me queria cambiar a cualquier otra posada y me preguntaba como lei esta situacion en los comentarios antes de contratar!"

Every team member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect — always ready with a smile. Big shout out to the breakfast staff as the menu and options were some of the best we have ever had. Casas Brancas is truly a gem in Búzios. "What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. They insisted shampoo is just as good so gave out extra shampoo! Guess what, shampoo isn't the same, so I had to buy my own soap. The rooms open up motel style to the pool area, so lots of ants end up in the room. The pool is not maintained that great and is filled with bugs and plastic. The pool bar is okay, though. The area is in a good location, walkable to all the shopping and the beach. But there must be better options in Búzios."
