When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you booked through a third party app. We finally went to our room to find it to be filthy. The bathroom had hairs on the toilet and a long black hair and dust and dirt on the hand wash container on the wall. I have photos. We left for dinner and a show and came back deciding to make a cup of tea using the hot water in the lobby but the hot water was not hot. We decided to make tea in the room but the keurig was filthy and obviously had not been cleaned in a long while. I have photos. I intend to write a complaint to Hilton Corporate.

Was disappointed we stayed 3 days and no one came into our room, we had to ask for towels and washcloths and more coffee pods, , and we told them that I was hearing impaired and needed closed caption on the tv they send a gentleman up (very nice) but he couldn’t get it to work he put in an order to switch TVs, never happened, was disappointed you had to buy breakfast, hallway floor was swept 1 time and was quite littered, pool and hot tub was great, all the folks were very nice. Location was great for our trip to Hershey.

Our toilet didnt flush properly so staff plunged it but still didint work. Fixed itself the next morning. Biggest dissapointment was that they wouldnt serve us breakfast at 9:30am because the staff member said they stopped at 9am. The hotel website says they stop serving breakfast at 10am.

The inside of the bathroom door was very dirty. Breakfast was available but had to pay for it ( thought it was a free continental breakfast as most places offer) There was only one package of dry creamer and sugar for the coffee, which meant...I could only have one cup in the morning! ( which btw, was really terrible)

I booked this room to use the hot tub and restaurant. Nowhere online did it say it wasn’t working. I got several emails regarding my stay but nothing was mentioned. There was no fan/ventilation in the bathroom, water was dripping off the ceiling. The TV had limited direct TV channels. The restaurant was closed when we arrived and Victoria stated she had no idea why. I explained to the manager at checkout and he could have cared less.

The room was basic and clean however the heating system made a loud whistling/ vibration noise all night long. We addressed with front desk associate but we were only staying overnight and knew it wouldn’t be fixed in time. Not thrilled over the lack of sleep but hope it’s fixed for future guests.

Live in the area and booked room over holiday break for the pool and hot tub facilities. I am very familiar with the area and the location of this hotel is prime location for Hershey, Hummelstown and Harrisburg area. It is located on the border of Hershey and close to several highways and main streets and routes. The room, exercise, pool, and lobby areas were all very clean. Staff was very proffessional, personable, and efficient. We didnt eat or observe breakfast service. There are many eateries and shoppes nearby. Will return and highly recommend compared to other hotels in surrounding area.
