Tolle Lage, aber sehr einfache Ausstattung , überteuert

Das Grundstück liegt phantastisch und das Haus ist grundsätzlich auch in Ordnung, allerdings ist es deutlich überteuert, denn der Zustand und die Ausstattung des Hauses entsprechen in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die man in dieser Preiskategorie haben kann.
