The beds were also exceptionally firm - I like a firm mattress but this was another level that left our hips and shoulders hurting after a night of sleep. "I unfortunately had to quarantine the entire 5 days that i stayed here due to having covid. However, the staff was so kind and accommodating to help with this. They don't typically offer room service but made an exception for me. They were fast to bring me any supplies that i needed, asked how i was feeling, and even offered to go to the pharmacy for me.
