「We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Ladies at breakfast really welcoming and friendly. Great food choices inc gluten free cereal and croissants, so that was pleasing. Rooms are extremely lean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of shelving in the bathroom to put all our toiletries. Short walk to beach. We Will return. 」

「We have stayed at Ffolkes many times and we are never disappointed. Room 7, although not large, is well presented, clean and comfortable with parking just outside. There is sufficient wardrobe space, tea and coffee plus delicious shortbread biscuits and, refreshingly, fresh milk. Also, unusually, there is an iron and ironing board which is very useful for those travelling from place to place. 「Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet and the spa facilities included were a great touch. Staff were friendly and the options for food was great. We had room service and could chose food from the pub and resturant too. Hotel entrace has no signage though so i got confused which building to go to. We stopped to visit sandringham and castle ridings which was just down the road. 」

「I Stayed in a lovely shepherds hut called bluebell which was lovely and quaint inside. Plates, glasses, cutlery, cups and kettle are provided. There is a small general kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave and hotplate. You will need to bring your own pans and there is a fire area provided on which you can cook food too. 「Couldn’t fault it. Lovely setting. Sunny courtyard leading onto a nice dining room and bar. Food was excellent. Staff accommodated all needs.
