“It took 45-minutes to find my reservation, even with a confirmation number. My card didn’t work for the elevator the 2nd day. The pool had not been opened ye, because it hadn’t been inspected yet. They charged me an extra $40.00 after we had checked out, even though we didn’t use any “amenities”, not even their soaps. For the amount they charged me, I was not very happy with them.
