「Booked the Penthouse but had to switch rooms to a smaller suite due to the AC not working even after maintenance inspected it. I was really surprised how dirty the couch in the Penthouse was. The seat cushions were so filthy I could see brown discoloration. This was surprising because the hotel and rooms were cleaned thoroughly. Everything looked immaculate. 「The tub in our room was unfortunately not working, though we were moved to another room to accommodate us. I do wish we had been informed of the issue ahead of time. Additionally, both the interior and exterior of the property felt a bit outdated. The desk and signage could use fresh paint, and there was some scattered garbage outside the area, which took away from the overall experience.」
