Room had full shower and comfortable but smaller bed. Would highly recommend and also in a very good area. Team minutes to the cathedral and the train station.」

「Disgraceful! Didn’t stay as there was no one at the property at 9:15pm arrival. Tried phoning them throughout the day to confirm and left voicemails. Zero response. 12:30 now next day still zero response. At 10pm a random guy pulled into the car park and asked if I was lost. He then offered me to stay in his home. Whole experience was dodgy. I booked and stayed elsewhere in the area later. 」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel appears to be used by the council to house individuals with drug and alcohol issues, which created an uncomfortable and at times unsafe environment. There were visible burn marks on tables consistent with drug use, and noise levels were high at all hours of the day and night. Local businesses even confirmed this is an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to relax or get proper rest, and I would not choose to stay here again.」
