Great location, right next to a shopping mall and costco. Also, 1 or 2 minute drive from in-n-out burgers. Did not check out the gym since I have a 24hr fitness membership and there is one right next to this hotel, a 1 minute walk. Staff was friendly and check in/out was smooth. Would come again next time I'm in Little Saigon area

Truly attention to detail and needs maintenance in room- light bulbs out, broken outlet covers, chipped veneer on furniture, no stoppers in sink or tub, dust layers on top of lamp shades, pillows not good, cheap thin toilet paper. On the positive, hotel itself was nice, good location, easy & free parking, staff was pleasant.

Bathtub was stained. Lighting fixtures falling from the ceiling, dings all over the walls and paint missing. In the hallways it looked like somebody Nicky moused the outlets to power something external. Probably one of the worst breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel. The modern look is appealing from the outside looking in. There’s no standard in repairs in the building or there may not be any handymen assigned to staff. It worked the couple hours we needed sleep, if I was there for recreation or for a longer stay I would have been very disappointed.

As soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit with a very strong cigarette smoke odor. It was bad. Called the front desk and someone came with a can of Lysol. The bathroom never quit smelling like cigarettes. The room smell calmed down till the morning of checkout when we woke up to the smell of cigarettes. It was gross plus my daughter just quit smoking 2 wks ago. We were there to celebrate her 40th birthday! No refrigerator in our adjoining room. The beds were the saving grace. So comfy. Front desk was very nice. We also had to call the front desk again the morning of checkout, the hallway had a strong odor of gas. Microwave would have been nice to have in the room.

Worst hotel stay we left in the middle of the night well before midnight ! Spoke w Oscar at the front desk he told us we would be refunded both days . Room was horrible and to top it I paid extra for an upgrade . Then at night kids were running free up until we left and people were partying all night . Zero security or anything done ! Plz call me ! Have been disconnected every time I call Expedia .
