This luxurious near the beach home has recently been tastefully redecorated including new appliances throughout the kitchen, high quality bedding, and a fireplace. Whether it’s cooking an amazing dinner in the state of the art kitchen, relaxing with a glass of wine in the amazing yard, or watching the stars; no matter how you choose to unwind from a fun day at the beach or Disneyland, this home is the perfect answer. Reach out to us today and book your perfect family getaway and create an unforgettable vacation. This is also a great home for local families that need temporary housing due to construction, water damage or a remodel.

‘This House Rocks’ is an ultimate family getaway in a stunning single-story 4BR/2BA luxury retreat just two (2) miles from the Huntington Beach Pier and thirteen (13) miles from Disneyland. Fire up the gas or charcoal grill and enjoy the afternoon breezes from the nearby ocean while you barbeque and unwind. You can walk or take one of our complimentary bikes to the beach through sleepy residential neighborhoods or nearby river trail, or head to one of the many restaurants or shopping centers just minutes away.



The layout

This home provides plenty of room for privacy or to gather together. The spacious single level includes a living room with theatre quality surround sound and a gas fireplace. Enjoy family meals in the dining room or while sitting around the kitchen island. Prepare meals with high end appliances in the gourmet kitchen and have easy access to the covered patio as you merge the indoors with the outdoors.



The luxurious master bedroom has a queen bed, access to the main patio and the adjoining bathroom has a spacious shower. The second bedroom sleeps two with a queen bed and has access to a separate outdoor patio zone, the third bedroom also sleeps two in a queen bed and the fourth bedroom sleeps three with bunkbeds. This layout offers plenty of space and privacy for all guests.



This quiet luxury family home with air conditioning is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Huntington Beach adjacent next to a middle school with lots of room play and ride bikes. This house gives you access to a full-sized garage with lots of room for parking in front of the garage or on the street. Located just minutes from Newport beach, Balboa Island or downtown Hunting Beach…this home is just 20 minutes from Orange County John Wayne Airport.

With the amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.

As a local I have never had AC in HB for 50 years you just do not



Cancellation policy: We offer a refund for cancellations within 31 days of check-in, however, if you booked on VRBO or direct the credit card fee of approximately 3 percent is not refunded because the merchant processor does not refund us the credit card fees but if you booked on airbnb you will receive a full refund.

After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.



1 month minimum in Huntington Beach for most homes but for shorter stays please inquire for availability at our permitted vacation rentals. 



You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.



No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.



All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.



Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.

Perfect house in a great neighborhood!

This house had everything and more. A great home away from home in a quiet neighborhood. All we needed was groceries, everything else you could want was provided. Mike and Chanti were great in communicating and always responsive. Would love to stay here again someday.
