“The good: staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Snow was cleared promptly. Parking was convenient. Location was good -- central to where we wanted to be. The not-so-good: rooms are stark modern and cold. Not human-friendly. "Desk" (or dining-table) chairs didn't have wheels and so were hard to move. "Suite" was a motel room with stove & dishwasher (no separation of spaces). Breakfast was OK but bad enough that I ate there only one of three days. Coffee: bold or……

“The room was very clean and cozy, and the owner was incredibly nice and hospitable. My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast and the free cookies. What really stood out to me was how accommodating the owner was. My brother decided to join us last minute even though I had booked for only three people. I reached out to let her know, and she kindly updated the booking to four guests without any extra charge. I truly appreciated her flexibility and hospitality. I definitely recommend!”

“The entire facility was in good condition and the room was clean and well appointed. Nevertheless, the window curtain in our room was dangling from both ends of the curtain rod. Attention to detail? For such a charming and historical building, the light bulbs in the fixtures - in the rooms and in public areas - were a hodgepodge of various LED "color temperatures." 5000K bright white bulbs are great for a gas station, but totally wrong here where they should be 2700-3000K warm white. “The bed and pillows smelled awful. The ceiling was peeling. And being in the room caused my asthma to be extremely bad, pretty sure there was mold. But the front desk people were great ”
