Home away from home located in close proximity to all of the Best Places in Huntsville! We are 5 min from Gate 10 at Redstone Arsenal and Parkway Place Mall, grocery stores and restaurants. We are 10 min from Downtown Huntsville including Big Spring Park, our very own Von Braun Convention Center, locally inspired restaurants/bars and nightlife entertainment. We are also 15 min from Mid-City Huntsville where new local developments, restaurants, Top Golf, REI Camping company, and our very own Orion Amphitheatre-an outdoor Amphitheatre hosting live concerts regularly. We are 15 min from Cummings Research Park (world's 2nd largest business park) and local towns with thriving businesses including Town Madison, Athens and a short drive to interstates that take you to our neighboring cities and larger metro areas. This home is designed for the transient guest looking for affordable accommodation while traveling. Good overnight stay
Overall stay was good. My husband and i needed a place to stay with our dogs for 1 night. The proximity to downtown was great which was very convenient. The house is an older duplex similar to an old shotgun house. Everything was clean and as photographed in the listing. Its just got the necessities. Bed was comfy. Minimal furniture and tables but everything was in good working order. Tv's both worked as well as AC. It is in an older neighborhood that wasnt the best but sure wasn't the worst. If you are looking for something fancy, keep looking. If you are looking for functionality this was fine. Host replied quickly with any questions i had.

It was cute and cozy. I would love to give 5 stars except the AC wasn’t working properly thank goodness our stay was in May and not July. Overall… if the air conditioner was fixed and working properly we would totally rent this place again.
