There were dirty towels left in our room and weren’t picked up until the next day. That was our only problem. The concierge was helpful and helped us with the TV and we were able to enjoy the pool/jacuzzi.

Nice hotel. Stayed overnight after moving my daughter into her dorm. Not much else around in the immediate area, but very clean, quiet and minutes from the highway.

Booked this hotel through Expedia. Get to the hotel and swipe my card for incidentals and the hotel charges me for the stay again. I call the hotel to get this resolved. I get told that the owner isn’t covering the cost of my stay. WHAT?!? He claimed the virtual card from Expedia was declined. And he wasn’t covering my trip. Staff tells me that I need to call Expedia to resolve this. Again, WHAT?!? I have to do their job to get their payment resolved. I called Expedia, and they were great. Took me 5 minutes to have Expedia train the hotels staff how to process payments through them. Not only that but Expedia refunded me for the hotels horrible service. I do not recommend this hotel at all based on the service from the owner. He could care less about conducting business correctly

As soon as I opened the door to my room there was a roach in floor running, and I seen three more before I went to sleep. The deposit was double what I’ve paid at the competing places, and online it said I only had to pay $30 for a late checkout and they tried charging me 55 extra plus the $100 deposit. Not a good place to stay not happy

Our room was changed twice. The 1st time was because the room smelled like mold and it looked like some sort of growth on the furniture. The 2nd room was not much better but we stayed the 1st night in it. One side of the bed was sunken in, turned out to be the box spring was broken. The bathroom was in poor condition with the paint bubbling and the toilet ran every 30 mins, which was very loud and woke us up all thru the night. The 3rd room smelled better than the 1st 2 but was dirty. The manager came in and spot cleaned the box spring liner because there was something gross on it. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and hair wrapped up in the towels and rags. In all 3 rooms, the cabinet the fridge was in was heavily water damaged. The entire building smelled like it has a major moisture problem. The indoor pool wasn't bad, it was clean and very relaxing. But they didnt keep pool towels stocked. Breakfast selection was decent as well. I would not stay there again.

Upon check-in I inquired about the free airport shuttle as advertised on their website. They said it was not avaliable and needed to be reserved 48 hrs in advance. I only booked the room 96 hours ago. I purposefully selected the accessible room for my husband's disability (rm 221). It is quite large and spacious (with a bit of a musky scent), but the tub is not accessible. I asked the front desk employee if they had a shower chair he could use because there are no handlebars and it is unsafe. He didn't know what one was and sent a message to his manager. The manager responded that there was only one truly accessible room (rm 114) and he offered to change us. I go back up to the 2nd floor to gather our belongings and bring to the new room on the 1st floor. We get in the new room and there is an even muskier scent. Upon further inspection, it was covered in mold. We opted to go back to the old room and decide that my husband will just not shower. I make the 2 trips back up stairs with all our belongings and check the bath one more time to see if he can make it work only to find a long stray hair at the tub base. Gross. The cherry on top is that I went back to the desk to return the keys for the moldy room and ask for a band-aid. The front desk was like, oh yeah, we have them and proceeds to go to the mini convenient store for me to purchase them. Then, he was oh, we are out of them. I was like, you were going to make me pay for them? Sigh.

Our first room (on 2nd floor) had strong mildew smell and was very humid. There was even actual mold on the lamp shade. There is definitely a moisture issue in certain areas/rooms. We then got a room on the 3rd floor that was much better. It did have a slight smell of smoke and the window valance was halfway attached. It looked like it was ready to fall off the wall. The rooms are also pretty dark. But, the room and hotel areas were clean. The pool was very warm (I like it that way) and the hot tub was fabulous. The staff was also nice enough.

Our room was great. Nice and clean and we were on top floor so it was nice and quiet. Our grandson absolutely loved the pool!! Would stay again if in the area!

They over charged me. I paid thru expedia but they charged me 100.00 deposit and an additional 99.37. The TV didnt work and it took the guy at the fron desk like 30min to figure it iut. The ice maker on the floor was brokes so we had to go to another floor the biscuits were hard as s brick and they had artificial powdered fried eggs. The commode got clogged everytime we used it and a riach crawled out if my bag when we opened it in the car. I called back about the charges the night after I checked out only fir them to tell me I needed yo csll back after 7am Monday morning bcuz the werent sure why I was charged the 99.37 or why my 100.00 deposit had not been credited back to my account!!!!!
