~The property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring outdoor areas only for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home.
~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
~AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
~We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.

If you are traveling with your furry friend:
• Small pets only. Must be house-trained. Please notify us before booking. All pets must be approved prior to check-in.
• One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $100 per stay.
• Please keep them off the couches, beds, and other furniture
• Please pick up after your pet both inside and outside
• Any waste left by the dog that is not picked up will be a $100 fee
