Very clean, very nice staff, very convenient for concerts, but I booked through Expedia and paid extra so I could wait and pay when I got to the property, when I checked in at the front desk I ask if I could pay with cash at the end of my stay and the lady said yes, but I checked out and a different lady was at the desk and she inform me that my card had done been charged and I could not use cash. Wish I would’ve known up front, my card was just about to its limit and I needed it for other things.

Great place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Gym has few equipment but works well.

I will definitely be returning. I was very impressed with this facility. The staff was extremely friendly professional and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Great, newer property in downtown HSV. Plenty of amenities close by or you can hop on the interstate. Hotel was just as pictured. Very clean and the staff were all very kind. We will be back.

One on the best hotels I have stayed in. Nothing over the top fancy, just a good clean hotel with nice staff and a wonderful breakfast.

Check in was fast, and they give you a little goodie bag. The breakfast was great except they only served pork....what about the turkey products. Our over-all stay was nice and it was a short dri e to downtown.

I have stayed at this property previously. The "only" issue with this property is one side has very poor Wi-Fi signal. I was hoping after a year they would have fixed it but the front staff were very agreeable to aide me in moving to another room that resolved this issue.

Exceeded expectations!
Check in was smooth. The lobby was crazy busy, but clean. The high-top chairs and tables needed attention for being wiped down as guests left, and footing needed to be adjusted as they rocked and were unsteady. The room was clean and bright and spacious. The bar had a good selection and the bartender was personable, fun and helpful. We were only there overnight, but could have easily stayed multiple nights comfortably. Shower was clean and bright. We absolutely enjoyed the split vanity areas so that the bathroom wasn't totally occupied while one of us was showering or brushing our teeth. The breakfast was fantastic! Staff replenished with food and cleaned the areas around. The selection was amazing and the coffee was great too. We felt the room was just slightly pricey, but overall a pleasant stay. We hope to return at some point and would be happy to stay again. Thank you.

Worn and unclean
The duvet was really dirty with boogers. I know this cannot be washed, but it was really gross. The whole room was beat up and worn. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Marriott before now - this one was disappointing to say the least. I will not stay here again or recommend this particular hotel to others.
