Clean modern rooms and helpful staff. Pool a tad small, and intersection location can be a bit noisey. No coffee in rooms, but it has an attached restaurant.

Petite chambre, petite salle-de-bains, petite piscine.

The room has no refrigerator. There is no ice on property. We met some people on the rooftop terrace that said the hotel loaned them a cooler. We asked if they had one on Sunday night, thinking that there might be a better chance to get one since it was slower, but no. We iced our things in a converted trash can. The staff was very kind. Our room, #1 was right next to the office and the street and the restaurant. So noisy in the morning. The hotel was 2 blocks from the beach. Staff is super kind as well as the people in the restaurant . No free coffee at the hotel in the morning as it implies. In the lobby the sign said coffee between 6 and 10 PM. OK hotel in a great location with very kind people.

Was in Sisal for one night booked this hotel mostly because of the great location. Sisal is small and hotel is right in the center of it all. Very nice boutique hotel with a cute little pool. We ended up in room 10 which I do not recommend staying in. Windows do not open and they are all in the hallway so everyone has to pass by on the way to their room. Any other room seemed ok. We asked to change it but they refused. If you stay there for a few days, definitely avoid this room as you will not be able to open the curtains as everyone can see inside the room. Would absolutely stay there again but not in the room. We had breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel. Staff was nice but food was very ordinary. There are many better options to eat there for a better price. When you visit, you should try the Fornharina restaurant for dinner. Was delicious and highly recommend!!!

Check in was easy and fast. The clerk was very nice. The rooms were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. For those of us from the USA, a double bed in the US would be a king size bed for this hotel. Very close to the beach and restaurants. 10/10
