“Everything was perfect.thank you”

“We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!”

“English and services were really good.”

“Fantastic hotel we’re super friendly and helpful staff. Will absolutely stay there again the next time when we visit Hanoi”

“The staff provided friendly service, but the facilities haven't improved, and the room amenities offered no pleasant surprises.”

“房间比较旧了。但卫生保持的不错。信价比值！”

“The hotel was newly renovated & centrally located in the old quarter. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The local tour booked through the hotel was terrific. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good, especially the freshly made eggs in different ways plus various types of fruits.”

“I booked through Hotel.com and supposed to have the 20% dining privilege. But the hotel staff refused to acknowledge such hotel.com member benefit and said no such record. So I had to pay the hotel restaurant bill without any discount!”
