Alles wunderbar. Essen (Buffet) klein & fein. Mittags unbedingt am Hauptpool lunchen.
Abdo von der Lobby Bar & Mohamed von der Rock Bar sind super! Immer bestens gelaunt & auf zack.

Sehr moderne(s) Hotel/Anlage in traumhaften Design - für Ägypten würde ich 5 Sterne vergeben. Qualität des Esses ist top; Auswahl nur 4 Sterne. Da Hotel 50 km von Hurghada entfernt ist, sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten stark begrenzt bzw. nicht vorhanden. Strand sehr schön gestaltet, wenn auch kleine störende Steine.

Alles super, haben den Urlaub hier verlängert und sind nicht ins dazugehörige Clubhotel.
Kommen sehr gerne wieder - alles wunderbar entspannend, auch wenn es einen desaströsen Zwischenfall für mich und meinen Mann am vorletzten Abend an der Rock Bar gab.
Das Management hat aber direkt reagiert, was wir sehr schätzen. Wir kommen wieder im Februar und empfehlen das Resort sehr gerne weiter.

Sehr schönes Hotel.
Essen sehr gut.
Strand schön aber man kann leider nur über den Steg ins Wasser gehen.
Die flora auf dem Gelände braucht noch etwas Zeit.
Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

The room was beautiful, well kept as well as the pool. the beach was lovely as well as the communal pools and areas. i felt as though the all inclusive was mainly limited to 3meals a day and drinks whereas snacks were really lacking. What ruined my experience at this hotel was the staff. I was constantly harassed by the male staff particularly one. i didn’t even feel safe raising the issue with anyone as every single one had been inappropriate with me at that point and it seemed very normalised. It got to the point where i would rather stay in my room and not even go to meals as if was extremely distressing. One particular staff member would even continuously come to my room after finding out which room i was staying in, at late hours of the night banging and knocking on my door, after opening it once and feeling extremely uncomfortable and asking him to leave which he did not want to, i didnt open the door again. its really unfortunate as the resort is lovely but the staff really ruined it for me. i was left feeling unsafe, anxious and on edge from day 2 of an 8 day stay. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all for females.

Poolbereich vor dem Hoteleingang zugehörig zu einem
anderen Block. Hauptpoolbereich ärmlich, bezugslos zum Hotelumfeld. Keine Begrünung nur Rasenflächen.
Nett gestalteter Bereich der Bar "Rooftop" als auch Innenhof. Essen entsprach in keinster Weise einem 5 Sternehotel - mittelmäßig - satt wird man. Speiseraum gleicht einer Kantine - laut. Zugang zum Strand abenteuerlich und baden nur über den Steg. Leider ist die alteingessene Tauchbasis mit dem herzlich Charakter nicht mehr vorhanden.

I was excited to check out this new property but was not as pleased as I would have liked. The room was VERY dusty and our feet got very dirty just walking around. They also put us in a shady back corner swim up on my literal birthday… the dinner buffet was a zoo and had no ambiance, the lights were so bright it was impossible to stay in the room for long. I knew the beach was mainly reef but it all just felt a bit lacking. It has a lot of potential and could be a great spot with some more care for detail. Check in was clunky and our driver was the one to help with our bags etc. instead of the many staff up front. I hope they get it together quickly!
