"We were greeted so warmly by Mike. He set the tone for a most excellent stay. I made a small personal inquiry as I checked in. Instead of directing me down the road, after I had been driving for 11 hours, he solved the problem in two seconds and I didn’t have to drive around looking for the item. He made my entire day. The room was amazing, clean and super comfortable. The breakfast was filling and got us back on the road with glee. Checkout was simple and with a smile. This has now become our hotel of choice. Thank you!"
