Massive Backyard with Private Pool and Spa
Welcome to Casa Ventosa, your private Southern Utah retreat with a spacious backyard featuring a private pool and spa. Located next to Grandpa`s Pond Park and just minutes from Sand Hollow and Quail Lake, this peaceful getaway is only 30 minutes from Zion National Park. Accommodating up to 10 guests, Casa Ventosa offers everything you need for a relaxing and adventurous stay.
Inside this charming, single-level home, you`ll find:
Master Bedroom: King bed, private en suite bathroom, and a Smart TV for your entertainment.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with direct access to the living room, ideal for easy relaxation.
Bunk Room: Twin-over-king bunk bed and a pull-out twin bed, comfortably sleeping four. This room is perfect for kids or groups.
For additional guests, a queen mattress pad and a queen air mattress are available.
Whether you’re enjoying the poolside or exploring the stunning surroundings, this home has ample space and is fully stocked for your convenience. There’s plenty of parking available in the garage, driveway, and side of the home, making it easy for your group to settle in.
You’ll have access to the entire property, including the pool, spa, and backyard, as well as the full home, except for one locked closet for owner use only.
Winter Pool Heating Costs (Does not apply to Hot Tub - Hot Tub is included with stay) November - March Cost: A $300 initial heating fee, plus an additional $50 for each night of your reservation.
April/October is $35 a day upon request. No initial fee.
Requesting Pool Heating - 4 Easy Steps:
- Message us at least 3 days before check-in and express your interest in pool heating.
- We`ll get back to you, confirming the pool heating cost, and send a request for payment.
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. This property is dog-friendly. If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! A pet fee of $100 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.
A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.

This was one of my favorite Vrbo. Kitchen was super stocked! I could have made Thanksgiving dinner! Safe neighborhood. Easy to walk the dog in the mornings to a nearby park and pond. Pool and hot tub were awesome! Amazing communication with host. I liked this location in Hurricane over being in St. George. Close to Zion, Red Cliffs, and many other great attractions. Thank you, it was great!

Amazing!
This property is very beautiful and relaxing! Photos are most definitely true to the listing. Me and my family decided to take a little get away. The pool is the main feature that caught our eyes. Man, it did not disappoint! If my son had the chance to play in it all day and night he most definitely would have. Everything about this property is fantastic the only downfall would be the water/ice connected to the fridge. We were super lucky we caught this property before prices went up. Now they are almost double the price we paid. If pricing went down we would no doubt stay here many more times in future!

Great home for a family.
The home was a great little home for a family, set up with details for children to play and feel at home. It was clean and organized. Communication was quick and polite. We were so pleased and will definitely return for future visits.

There were a few issues with the home: poorly sealed window, bbq brush, propane. We couldn’t really use all of the property amenities as the weather was too cold, but it was nice to have them and the great backyard.

Nice and cliean
The property was clean and organized everything you need is there in the house. Close to Walmart.
I was not happy that we could not get the spa working till the last night which was a real bummer since that’s why I picked this property. The water from the fridge did not work. It the ice machine did work. They offered me 10%off the next viz but I would rather have some of my money back on this. Is it because the spa.
