Superb spot for families and group trips

7 bedrooms w 8 full beds (queens/Kings) and plenty of bunks was perfect for our guys trip. Heated pool, jacuzzi huge garage, and easy access to River Rocks Cafe and great mtn biking was awesome. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who wants to book it when we want it!

As advertised, clean, very functional with tons of space. Everything works including the large gas barbecue. The pool made the trip Nice location quiet end of town. Brigitte responded quickly to our questions and was an excellent host. Highly recommended. Have already booked for next year

Great pool and yard

We really enjoyed the larger pool and the grass in the yard for yard games. There was plenty of space inside and it was well furnished. Host was very responsive and happy to help if needed.

Check-in was seamless. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. This house was perfect for our family of 25. Our grandkids ranged from 18 months to 21. Our kids and families came from all over the country to spend time together. The pool made the hot weather conditions no big deal. Early morning hikes and Tuachan outdoor theater productions were perfect.

Perfect homebase for Zion & beyond

Gordon & Bridget were great hosts and their house is perfect for big groups heading out to Zion National Park and the surrounding area. The kitchen and outdoor grill are perfect for cooking for large groups.

We stayed here this February and we were so pleased with everything. The space was better then we imagined with plenty of room for everyone. The owners were great to work with and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Property amenities were excellent; great having a grass area, good size pool, nice hot tub, fun game room, kitchen was nice (hood light wasn't working), loved bedroom options, great master suite. We enjoyed it a great deal .
