“Cindy is an amazing host and very responsive and communicative. In most cases, she responded immediately and digitally, not in person, which gave us our privacy. This unit is attached to the owner’s house but has a dedicated gravel driveway and entrance for guests. Someone enters the unit daily to replenish breakfast items. The unit is spacious, clean and inviting with thoughtful touches like snacks. The unit is in a residential neighborhood so is very quiet. This was an ideal midpoint home……

“It was absolutely perfect for my needs. A place to sleep and shower, close to Snow Canyon. The bed was comfortable, the space was clean. It has a Kuerig, small refrigerator, utensils, etc. I didn't run into the hosts, but would have been happy to meet them. I could hear the hosts, as the space is connected to their main home. I turned the AC unit on and it created a perfect white noise. This is definitely a safe, comfortable spot for solo female travelers (like me).”

“Wonderful place to stay. The area is quiet and the home has been very well thought out. Nice location to see all the sights in the area.”

“This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This place was everything we needed for our Southern Utah trip. It was very clean, private, and even bigger than we expected. The property was beautiful, the farm animals were awesome, and the friendly cat welcoming us every day was such a fun touch. Communication was fast, they were thoughtful and helpful with anything we needed, and we would absolutely stay here again. Truly what all Vrbo stays should be like. 10/10 stay and hopefully the bike park down the street keeps expanding because that……

“The property was as pictured in a quiet, safe neighborhood near restaurants. The bed seemed a little on the smaller side for two people. It was nice having a small fridge and I appreciated the added coffee machine that wasn’t in the ad. The only complaint we had was about the air conditioning. We would manually change it to be cool only to eventually have a “following schedule” program setting hijack and make the room get uncomfortably hot since it was set to 82 degrees. We wondered if the……

“Good location to get to all the parks and ok if you hike all day and just sleep there.Beautiful views and outdoor seating. Had microwave, coffee maker etc and things needed. Wasn’t very clean..No cover on the duvet bedding, bedding smelled used..Old used, not washed bathroom rugs. Some cups were left dirty in the cupboard. No fresh sponge but old dirty brush to clean dishes.. Not much space to stow personal stuff. Most drawers have locks.”

“Nice location. 15-20 mins from St George and next door to the great outdoor. You'll be jealous of the neighbors RV garage.”

“Friendly staff, love how you need a gate code to”

“The room was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I like the bedding and comfortable mattress, pictures of the park and loved the stained cement floors. Beautiful! The kitchen cabinets had all the dishes we needed, enough silverware and nice bath towels. Great layout in the bunkhouse. Thank you to the owners for a very pleasant stay at their facility.”

“Was a cute little place close to everything we had planned!”

“My friend and I relished relaxing by the pool, perfect way to unwind after an exhausting day at Legoland!”
