We loved the location of this home. We came to do some jeeping in Sand Hollow and it was just minutes from the trails. The home was comfortable and spacious with plenty of parking. We will definitely rent this property again!

The house is massive and great for large groups. Our group of 10 adults and teenagers had more then enough room to spread out. The location is great as well, very close to Sand Hollow and Quail Creek and only about 35 mins from Zion.

The house has a lot of rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. It was great for a large party. The listing was inaccurate about the temperature of the pool, and the ability to increase the temperature. When I contacted the property manager about it, they said the listing was wrong, and could not confirm how hot the pool would be. The house had some cleanliness issues (built up dust, dirty dishes, and dirty wall), but overall was clean.

This is an amazing family getaway. We have 4 married children with lots of grandkids this home was perfect. It swallows people and gives everyone plenty of space. Perfect pool / even in the shade both in the AM and late afternoon on. Huge open main floor with large appointed and stocked kitchen with plenty of seating with large table, bonus table and bar stools. Plenty of parking and plenty of garbage cans. (Things most places are short on). We will come here again for sure.

The house is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of room to enjoy our meals together and a great area to gather for a night of games. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of them. I loved how all of the adults had their own personal space for some down time. The pool was a great feature! Our family enjoyed hours of swimming and playing water games together! This house is close to shopping, lakes, movies theaters etc. it also had plenty of parking. we would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay there again. Thanks for letting us use your home.

We came for our annual get together for high school classmates and some of us stayed at this rental. Enough good could not be said about the property. Everybody was so impressed with the beauty and cleanliness. We had such a wonderful time and the rooms worked out perfect for us. We did not have any children but the castle room would be perfect for that (although one of us did use that room and was referred to as Your Highness for the entirety of the trip). Would definitely rent again if the need arises and would highly recommend. It can accommodate a large group with plenty of seating. We had a total of 18 people in our group (though not all staying there) and when we met for dinner one night there was plenty of room for all to sit on the very large couch and around the dining room table. Staying here definitely added to the enjoyment of our trip.

Beautiful home! Immaculately clean. 😍 Great design and so many areas for activities- teens in the basement, children in the castle. Our kids loved the castle themed bunk and play rooms. Combined dining seating comfortably accommodated 34 people. We loved having a living area where we could all gather for games and family stories. Great pool with pool cover and plenty of pool towels. Large selection of small appliances including 2 waffle irons and 3 refrigerators! Nice community. Walking distance to the clubhouse and pickleball courts. Along with high chairs they had pack & plays too. Ample parking. Loved having the castle toys, pickle ball, board games, mini golf and pool toys! Nicely labeled kitchen. Highly recommend staying here! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house was a fantastic place to spend a week together as a family. The design of it was perfect for lots of cousins to spend time together. Every room seemed oversized, the furnishings were comfortable and attractive, the amenities were fun, the house was clean, and the kitchen was very well supplied. The only inconsistency we noticed with the listing was that there is just one washer-dryer, rather than two. The management company left something to be desired. Texting them sometimes felt like interaction with a computer, with a frustrating lack of understanding of what we were asking, and sometimes the conversation suddenly started over from the beginning with a request to know who we were in the middle of a thread. We were given 3 entirely different sets of check-out instructions. Also, several beds were without sheets and no extras were to be found on the property. They brought sheets the next day and left them on the front porch. The house deserves a solid 10 out of 10; hopefully the management company can catch up.

This home was just perfect for our June family reunion. Where do I begin!? We felt like royalty as we explored all three floors, selecting our favorite spaces for the 8 adults and 7 kids. Each bedroom had luxurious king beds and en suite bathrooms. The kids were completely enamored with the upstairs castle bunk room and the game room downstairs. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed for cooking. Most of our days were spent exploring Zion National Park (only 35 minutes away), walking through the beautiful resort community, playing pickleball, and alternating between the community pool and the backyard pool. This home exceeded all of our wildest dreams. We would stay here again anytime!

This house was beyond perfect for our large family vacation. Our kids loved it and already want to go back. There was so much to do and they never complained about being bored. Obviously the pool was the highlight, and we spent a lot of time swimming and goofing around. There was tons of seating along the raised wall for the adults and the kids spent hours jumping off the edge and into the water. There was also a putting green that was a ton of fun. Downstairs was perfect for our teens. We brought our X-box and plugged it into the huge TV. This was especially great on the day it rained there. There were also board games and an awesome foosball table. This house is the first we've ever stayed in that had a space devoted to younger aged/toddler kids. There is an indoor slide that goes through a wall that entertained the younger kids for hours non-stop, which gave us moms a break from needing to entertain the younger kids. It's one of the best things anyone could build in a vacation home. Next to the slide was a castle themed bunk room with a real stone wall. Our kids all want one of these in their rooms at home now. They LOVED sleeping in the bunk room. Maybe the best part of the home was the open floor plan great room/kitchen. I have never seen an island that large! It was actually a lot of fun preparing meals with everyone being able to talk and interact. There is also the biggest dining room table I have ever seen! What was so nice about this space was that everyone could be together in the same room at the same time and not feel cramped. This main floor area was definitely made to host large groups. We also had a lot of fun watching basketball games and movies from the biggest couch in the world. The master bedrooms were perfect. They all had King sized beds with their own TV's. The bathrooms were clean and nice. All the kids have already asked if they can come back next year so there's no doubt we'll be back!
