With 5 bedrooms total there is plenty of space for the whole family and the private casita extra space for some privacy
The home is within close proximity to our neighborhood playground and park with picnic tables which makes for a perfect gathering place for events or time spent with the family. We love hosting families and groups of all kinds.
This home is locally maintained and kept in great condition. Whether you are coming into town for business or pleasure, we would absolutely love to have you as our guests and let you experience a 5 star getaway in the St. George area.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.
Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:
$50 for 1 dog
$100 for 2 dogs
Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.
Smoking & Substance Policy

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

We offer a seamless arrival with our smart lock system. If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message or text away.
Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.
Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
