It was paradise and the whole team took great care of us, from the front desk, to the housekeeping staff, to the waiters and chefs in the restaurant and also the spa, they took great care and were super friendly and helpful. The island is beautiful and there is loads to do on the island or the sea or via the water sports centre.

We had a wonderful stay at The Standard, Maldives. The island is beautiful, the water is stunning, and the atmosphere is relaxed but still very special. The villa was comfortable, the food was very good, and the team made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
A special mention to Youssef, who was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He really made a difference with his attention, warmth, and the way he cared about the small details. It is people like him who make a hotel experience feel personal and memorable.
We left with great memories and would definitely recommend The Standard, Maldives to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing island escape.

All the staff are amazing, our host Shaamau, awesome GM, buggy rider, all the waiters, chefs at all the 4 restaurants, diving team, room cleaner, room service, art class teacher, reception, IT engineer, security, DJ, Fire man, spa team and the photographer. Special thanks to fantastic Shakhawat for proving us a very special departure dinner at our last evening there at the italian restaurant Onda and taking care of us so well. Breakfast was geat, delicious restaurant, beautiful overwater villa, fun activitites, magical spa and wonderful house reef snorkeling with turtles, mantas, nursesharks etc. Very well maintained, clean and Amazing resort with the greatest people!
