Er is veel verkeerslawaai van de E4 waardoor je niet op het terras kan zitten (je verstaat elkaar moeilijk) en 's nachts heb je oordoppen nodig om rustig te kunnen slapen.De woning ligt niet op de begane grond maar op hoogte, waardoor het voor mensen die niet goed mobiel zijn lastig is om in de woning te komen.Mooie woning, slechte locatie (door de nabijheid van de E4).

Urlaub an der Autobahn!!

Leider haben wir bei der Buchung nicht bedacht, dass die E4 eine der stärksten befahrenen Autobahnen Schwedens ist. Passiert nicht nochmal!!Positiv:Das Haus an sich ist schön, sauber und auch gut eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp lief schnell und freundlich.Negativ:Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil!! Der angepriesene Garten ist kaum wirklich nutzbar . Ebenfalls sehr steil, zum Teil mit großen Steinen und direkt an der E4 gelegen. Ballspiele sind aufgrund der Gefahr, dass ein Ball über den Zaun auf die E4 springt eigentlich nicht wirklich möglich.Die Terrasse ist schön angelegt - aber nicht wirklich nutzbar weil die Autobahn E4 in 50m Entfernung liegt. Die Lärmbelastung ist grenzwertig - auch nachts mit offenem Fenster kein Vergnügen. Der in der Beschreibung angegebene Zugang zum See (400m!?) ist nicht möglich. Zwar kann man unter der Autobahn hindurchlaufen aber alle dann dort vorhandenen Grundstücke sind als privat gekennzeichnet! Laut Vermieter „kann das möglich sein“!Die zugesagten Eigenschaften dieses Objektes sind hier nicht zutreffend!!!!Wer Entspannung und Ruhe in der Nähe des Sees sucht, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben.Wem der Lärm und die Lage nichts ausmacht, hat ein schönes Haus gefunden.
