They went above and beyond for us. After being treated unfairly at another hotel, we traveled 30 more miles to stay here. They more than made up for our bad experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would stay here again!

Not what the pictures showed at all first room had filthy sheets dirty and animal hair. Second room still dirty sheets and not clean bathroom. We did not stay there. When ask staff he said he had part time housekeeper and she didn’t do a good job. Not clean and would not stay there.

The hospitality is top notch! A very clean hotel. The AC didn’t work super great but thankful temps weren’t to high so we stayed fairly comfortable. Definitely recommend staying at the Lyons Inn.

Check in was easy the owner accommodated as he didn't have any two queen beds left and he upgraded us to the three beds in one room very spacious room comfortable beds air condition works great.

Dirty floors, sheets, and fridge. Parking lot door kept open with tape. The building was nice, breakfast area wascomfortable (no breakfast) and staff were friendly.

Once they found our reservation it went fast. Had a small issue with room. They switched out room with no problem and went went us to make sure room was acceptable. Was basically only there to sleep. Lobby, stairs, and hallway were very clean.

After reading the reviews I was very surprised and disappointed to see the bed sheets were dirty with sand. Fortunately I travel with a personal sleeping sack just for this reason.

Gentleman running the property was very nice. Room was spotless - very clean, nice bedding and towels. It is an older property but suitable for what I needed - a place to shower and sleep while I was in town for a horse show. I also felt safe there - all the rooms open to the inside of the building so I liked that as a single woman staying alone. The only snafu was that I told manager I didn't need to staff to make my bed or clean room while i was there, but would need towels picked up and fresh ones left. That didn't happen.....I had to hunt down manager to get towels that evening when I returned, but it was an easy fix. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will stay again if the need arises.

There was an old bar of soap in the shower. Expired chocolate milk in the fridge. Dirty towel hanging on bathroom door. About 10:45 pm someone using a card to come into the room. Luckily we had the chain on. When went to the door someone said "house keeping ". Then, "sorry wrong room." All of this occurred after the tv remote in the original room wasn't working properly, and we were moved to another room.

At least there weren't bed bugs. Gross shower (didn't use), stains on sheets. Mold smell and water stains throughout building. Windows unit not sufficient to cool the room. No amenities. No different than staying in a motel except 3X the cost.

I have never left a review before, but my first room was filthy, bathroom was dirty and still had personal items from previous customer. I was moved to a second room which was marginally less filthy. The toilet in the second room was unclean, the shower was dirty, there was trash in the “ice bin” and there was no hot water to take a shower. I stay at a good many remote hotels for work, and I can undoubtedly say the Lyons Inn is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
