「Took grandkids to stay and swim. The pool was very nice and clean. It was difficult to get them out.」

「Everything was great except I had checked in after midnight and requested a late checkout (normal time was 11am) I was allowed a 1pm checkout. I was rudely awaken at 915am by loud knocking by housekeeping. This defeated the point of me requesting a late checkout to allow more time to rest and wouldn’t have even met the 11am checkout time.」

「Breakfast should be till 10:00 am. The carpet was still being laid and to many places to trip over. The bathroom toilet needed to be fixed. The bath tub needs anti skid strips.」

「I don't think this hotel rates the 7 it had when I booked. I stayed 3 nights with no maid service, even though I confirmed I would get service the 2nd day. Room appeared clean, but sheets were stained. There was no coffee machine in the room. It was very quiet inside and outside the hotel which I appreciated.」

「Staff was very helpful during stay. Our TV was messed up and the attendant came to thebroom and was able to get it to work. The area was quiet and close to many restaurants. It didn't seem like the cleaning staff swept the floors daily. Much debris on the floor by the air conditioner and dead spiders on the bathroom floor. I was glad they were dead. Otherwise room and linens were changed out daily. I've noticed hotels, this one included, no longer have Do Not Disturb signs for the doors. Is...

「Be aware that it's nothing like the photos. No coffee pot like advertised. Also host was not very pleasant. Tried to insist that since my reservation was for two that I had to take a room with two beds. That's not what I booked. Property was in bad shape all the way around. Water in the bathroom sink didn't work. Tv didn't work. Very bad experience will never stay there again.」

「The room was very old. The sheets were clean, but torn. The towels were clean but stained. The bathtub had deep brown stains on the bottom of the tub. The A/C did work and the area was quiet. There were 2 other guests. The sign indicates breakfast served but a note on the office counter said no breakfast since Covid. There was also a sign that said no refund after 15 minutes…The staff was very cordial and friendly.」
