"We were there by the mid-autumn festival. They share a barbecue with all the guest. Staff was very nice. The room is clean and have a very comfortable bed. Just to let you know. "Staff was very helpful. If you get a room facing the ancient city, it's beautiful.. sunrise (facing east) and night view. The hotel position is at the hill top of the Ancient City with the hotel entrance just a few steps to the stairways leading to the ancient city.. inaccessible to the wheelchair bound folks. It is better to have the hotel arrange for your transportation to the hotel as it is difficult to find. If you make your own way there, they will provide you with another hotel's address (where the taxi can drop you off), then they'll pick you up from there (you have to call them when you arrive). You'll also need help with your luggage as the pathway leading to the hotel is not user friendly and there are steps down leading to the hotel entrance. Breakfast, it's simple... don't expect a good meal. They can help you with online purchases (food or anything) with delivery within the hour upto 10 pm... this is exceptionally fast and efficient. "

"We booked this stay for the last night of our anniversary trip! The accommodation is located within the old town, thus no cars are allowed to enter. However the hotel staff had already contacted me far in advance to arrange luggage pick up so arriving to the hotel was very easy! They also arranged a quieter room for us and surprised us with a cake too! We loved the stay, very different to your usual city hotels but regardless it had all the amenities we needed. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and location is quiet yet a stones throw away from tourist spots. "
