“We came into town for New Year’s Eve vacation with friends and concert at Austin city limits. Stayed five days/ four nights. House is very cute and was well stocked for us and our two friends. The homeowner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Our friends brought their dog, and the house is perfectly located five minutes walk to Lady Bird lake and walking path. Walkable to shops/restaurants on Rainey St and East fifth and E sixth. Super short Uber ride to West side and airport.……

“Great stay despite some bumps in the road. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He responded at midnight above a issues with the house abd did his best to fix it right away. We definitely recommend staying here. The location is perfect for getting around in the Austin metro area. The neighborhood is quiet, but still close enough to the happenings in the area.”

“We so enjoyed our time at this lovely home. It’s a great location. We enjoyed the house for its cleanliness and spaciousness. The beds are very comfortable. The showers/tubs were great-fluffy towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash were fantastic ! The sitting area in front is private and the perfect place to unwind and relax. The kitchen is well equipped and tidy and we loved the aesthetic. TV’s and WiFi were fully functional and appreciated! Thanks for everything, we definitely will return……
