「Construction is being done, material could have been more organized. The floor where my room was smelled like mildew (very strong odor). I asked the front desk staff and was told one of the rooms flooded with the rain like that's normal. Last the room wasn't clean, had hair all over the bath tub wall. Room did not smell clean. Breakfast was horrible. Never staying at another Best Western.」

「The room was clean but the tv did work and there was no shampoo or body wash that's what it's very noisy , really didn't get much sleep」

「Room was spacious and clean with a nice shower. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast.」

「The hot tub was filled with concrete and completely out of service. The elevator worked only intermittently throughout our stay, creating a major inconvenience. Despite charging premium rates, the room was mediocre and did not justify the price. I expected much better for what i paid.」

「Well for one thing it’s not on the lake like the picture. I thought we could fish the way it’s seen in the pictures. Staff were so kind. Room was clean bathroom very small. And we had an ant problem. But very quiet and sleep very well.」

「From the moment I drove onto the property I had an uneasy feeling. I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place since the motel sign was some other motel chain. I entered the lobby to confirm I was at the right place. The lady behind the counter confirmed that I was at the right location and began to check me in. She was very accommodating in finding me a room on the bottom floor. Unfortunately, this is the only positive thing I can say about the entire experience.She was difficult to understand...

「Hot and muggy room. A roach in the bathroom. we checked out at 8am after the first night and I’m assuming the lady never did it because I never got the receipt that she supposedly emailed she also said I would be refunded the two nights we didn’t stay.」
