Room was clean. Staff were pleasant. Hotel had a funny funny smell in lobby/breakfast area. Some type of disinfectant? Really strong and unpleasant. What no one tells you is there’s a train track next door and the trains come through all night. Other than that, hotel is a meh. Not bad , not great.

The room smells and not in a good way….I put a towel on the chair to sit on because it didn’t appear clean. During the night loud talking n the hallways and loud TV. All in all I didn’t expect this from a Best Western Plus. My expectations were se higher

Very comfortable room. Very streamlined check in and check out process. Good breakfast. Ample lighted parking. Drawback= close to highway and train tracks. Road noise at night.

This was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No slamming doors or people talking down the halls. Very clean. Polite staff. Close to a gas station market, Mexican restaurant, and other fast food spots.

The main problem I had was the room in which we stayed in had a musky odor. That night there was a strong chemical smell that caused my nose to burn. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

We stay here on most of our stays when we visit Mansfield. We have notice over the years the facility has been getting use which is a great thing for the owners. There are some things that need to be repaired d due to wear and tear. The staff is always friendly and helpful. BW is our choice in the city. Thanks for keeping our town on the map with a major hotel chain.
