「Electrical plugs was an issue, we had converters but the outlets were recessed with hinged covers on them, which blocked the ability to plug in a C-PAP machine or any of our devices. Room was super bright for trying to sleep, there was no window covering on the bathroom window, and the bathroom door was glass, which allowed a lot of light into the bedroom. 「I liked the Idea of paperless and online check-in, However we didn't get the check-in email and struggled to get a call to them upon arrival since our phones didn't work right on our wi-fi setup we were using. However someone let us use their phone to call them and we were able to send an email and we got in in a few minutes. Someone in the building burnt something on the stove and the fire alarm went off. Without a staff on site we did not know how to reset the alarm or really what to do. So...
