Grauenhaft

Das gesamte Haus roch bei Ankunft sehr unangenehm und modrig. Dauerlüften, Heizen sowie die Nutzung von Frischespray trugen nicht zu einer Besserung bei.Weitere Mängel waren:- die Matratzen aller Betten waren völlig durchgelegen und es gab keine Matratze, auf der ein erholsamer Schlaf möglich war (bei 6 Betten)- es gab kein Internet, welches aus beruflichen Gründen für uns erforderlich ist und in der Anzeige stand- im TV war lediglich ein (dänischer) Kanal freigeschaltet, alle anderen waren verschlüsseltDiese Punkte wurden direkt an Novasol übermittelt, über mehrere Wege (Mail, online). Erste Reaktion an Tag 3 OHNE! einen Vorschlag zur Hilfe, lediglich einem Hinweis, man würde den Eigentümer kontaktieren. An Tag 5 haben wir erneut Kontakt aufgenommen. KEINE REAKTION. An Tag 6 sind wir frühzeitig abgereist, da die Rückenschmerzen & der Geruch unerträglich wurden. Auch nach unserem Aufenthalt und mehrerer Versuchen seitens Novasol eine Antwort zu erhalten, gibt es bis heute keinerlei Verhalten auf unsere Beschwerde und die Mängel. Wir haben 14 Tage gebucht und bezahlt. Sind an Tag 6 abgereist. Doch selbst ein Schreiben an die Geschäftsführung blieb unbeantwortet. Mit etwas Recherche haben wir zwischenzeitlich erfahren, dass das Objekt letztmalig 1979! renoviert wurde. Das erklärt alles!Im Weiteren: ges. Geschirr gespült, (schmierig/fettig) Staub gewischt, gesaugt. Fenster teilw. undicht. Sauna mit Teppich?!Die Lage ist super, alles andere eine Katastrophe!
