Steps to the beach with an ocean view,

This cottage is in a great location for walking the beach, dining, shopping or just relaxing! Walk to Sea St. Beach and Keyes beach which is only120 steps from your door. This two-bedroom cottage can sleep 6 and is the perfect vacation spot. All Bed linens and Bath Towels are included. Enjoy the lovely ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from your deck. Our cottage is great for children of all ages. So close to the beach, you can hear the waves. The cottage features AC throughout, LED TVs in living and bedrooms, Blue ray DVD player, Strong WI-FI signal, and a fully equipped kitchen with a standard coffee maker. Sleeps 6 on 1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The beach is perfect for children. It is a sandy beach, calm waters, warm temps and is rarely crowded. There is a pool onsite which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours may change at any given notice pending weather or employee availability. There are many restaurants and shopping within one mile from the cottage. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket via the Ferry that is very close by. The cottage is located centrally on Cape Cod and is the perfect location for day trips to anywhere on the Cape including Provincetown. Sorry! No Pets..

We have been coming to the Cape off and on for 35 years and this is 100% the best place we have stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, steps from the beach, ocean view and in a very quiet neighborhood! My 6 yr old granddaughter loved the pool! Working with Tom the owner was pleasant and he was easy to talk too! We definitely would rent from him again and stay at this cottage.

A Perfect Cape Cod Vacation Location

I can't even imagine a more perfect location, a more adorable cottage, and a more responsive owner. We spent a week and visited up and down the coast, hitting the high spots knowing we had a clean, comfortable vacation rental waiting. I would love to return someday!

Great getaway

We had a great time. It was very comfortable and quiet. On my first day there, I found myself lying out on the deck, talking to my grandson on a sunny morning. We also spent time on the beach, which is within a few hundred feet of the residence. Owner is positive and communicative. Great lead and follow up. A super choice and one we will exercise again.

Like Home

The Cape is one of my happy places, specifically time spent in Hyannis and at Keyes Beach. This property ensured that my spouse and I were happy in one of our happy places. The location to the beach included being able to hear the ocean with the window open. The street was quiet, and the property included more than enough space for the two of us to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again.
