不满意：清洁度、沟通体验、位置、展示内容准确性
We came to this property to stay for a week. We picked the property for the amenities it boasted on the listing. A fitness room that I could stay on track with my work outs. A spa whirlpool where we could soak away the day after walking around Washington DC. Towels and soaps provided for the showers. And lastly, a cute and clean patio where we could enjoy the evenings. There was no hot tub on the property. There was no fitness room or fitness equipment. There was only towels. There were no washcloths or hand towels. The soaps they provided were used bars of soap that still had hair on them. There was also fast food dipping sauces and mystery sludge liquid in one of the medicine cabinets. The back yard was a nightmare. The property was not mowed. There was broken glass in the yard. The patio was overgrown with weeds and poison ivy and there was garbage all over the patio that had been completely overtaken by the weeds. Around the side of the house was a very not up to code looking electrical situation. Like exposed wires hanging out of the electric box and poorly taped up with electrical tape type of shady.I contacted the owner to express concerns and there was a huge language barrier. Anything I tried to make her aware of, she could not understand. The house did not look or feel clean. All the owner was concerned about is that I would still pay for my stay. Not a good host. Not a good experience.
