Perfect location, we were there for a tour of CIA but it was an ideal location for exploring the area. Loved Rhinebeck Village! Owner was awesome, would stay again.

Clean place, very comfortable bed, everything as in description, lovely that there were extra free channels on tv to watch, quiet location, convenient to get to tourist sites. We loved especially the Mills mansion in Staatsburg, also the River and Post restaurant, enjoyed Rhinebeck and Bocuse restaurant in CIA.

Host gave me a good tour of space. It’s very private with a nice little kitchen. Bed is super comfy. Bathroom is small but adequate for someone of reasonably average proportions.

My daughter needed a place to stay while visiting for the holiday. Kevin was easy to reach and responded quickly. The apartment is very cute and was the perfect size. Everything was clean and had some nice personal touches. Im sure a summertime stay would be lovely, when the garden is in bloom

When I found the place online, it was just the right place for us, peace and quiet. The place was just like the pictures and if I have to described it in one word (COZY) Kevin, the owner met us and helped us and walked us through the place and has a Washer/Dryer. The weekend was perfect, we got snowed in which was perfect in which we order in and Netflix and chilled, PERFECT Timing.Thank you Kevin, we will see you again!

Kevin was great with being flexible about check in time! My sister and I didn't get in until past 9pm and it was no problem! And it's a plus that he's very pet friendly as I had my dog and cat with me!

Kevin was very kind, friendly, and communicative prior to and during the stay. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. My partner and I live two hours away and we don’t get to spend a lot of time together so it was nice to have a little getaway spot! We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I only stayed for a very brief visit but were quite comfortable in the space which was perfect for our needs. Very clean, convenient to restaurants, shopping and hiking. Kevin was extremely responsive and friendly throughout our time at his home.

Our stay was quite nice, the place looked as the pictures showed it to be which is just amazing. everything was music themed and our host had an amazing selection of vinyls. The only complaints I would say I had was the small flying bugs near the Tv and we weren’t provided paper towels. Overall it was a nice place for the night and the property itself was beautiful.

The property is beautiful, we wish we would've had enough time to see everything. The rental place was spotless clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature control was efficient and adjustable. The property is located near a rural road and for the time of our stay I counted only 3 cars driving by, with a decent speed limit. Kevin, the host, was very accommodating, we appreciate the choice of coffee and the possibility do not do the dishes. Overall, our stay was perfect and we wish to return to spend more time listening to the old records.

We were out and about pretty often, so we didn’t have much time to ask him to show us his records (although we looked through them, just didn’t play them), but there is certainly no shortage of music. My estimate is that there were between 800-1000 different records. The property is beautiful and although the house is pretty old, it has been renovated and is very up to date and modern inside. Kevin is also great with communication.
