The hotel is centrally located with easy access to travel around the city by Taxi, Metro and other local transport. The Reception staff is very professional and the check-in and check-out process was hassle free. It’s my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit the city. The staff in the Bar and Restaurant are also friendly and attentive to Guests needs. Overall a pleasant experience as always and will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful property.

Satisfactory
Stay was overall good. Room service is fast but other services take more time than normal. Location is an advantage. Rooms are clean and maintained well.
Staffs need to wear masks. During my 4 days stay, I could not find a single staff wearing any mask ! Hotel needs to improve its adherence to Covid protocols

They charged extra Rs.3300, other than what i paid thru Expedia($49.00). When i asked what a out i paid in expedia, they those are your charges, which is wring. I used previously also expedia service in city of Vijayawada

First time in Hyderabad
Good location close to park, museum & metro station. Room was standard & well equipped. There is a modern style fitness room also.
The buffet breakfast has a good choice (mix of indian & western food)as does the evening buffet.
What made my stay most pleasurable was the staff, always polite & eager to help.
Great friendly service, would reccomend to anyone.

The location is very good for access to hospitals, especially Gleaneagles global hospital. The food at the restaurant is amazing. The staff are extremely courteous.

Wifi is nt working even after checking with the staff.
Toilet is old, dirty and smelly. Poor ventilation.
Bedsheet is dusty.
Toiletries was not replenished even after 4 days stay.
Towel is dirty and smelly.
Room service food - the vegetable is not fresh.
Room phone is not working. Can just call front desk but not room service.
Lifghting in room is too dim as some light is not working.
Front office staff owe a return change but simply ignore the return upon my check out.
Overall this hotel is over rated and do not even deserve a 4* ratings

Pros: Staff that we dealt with in person were very pleasant, helpful and professional. Cons: Staff answering the phone were unprofessional. They were horrible. They put the receiver aside 3 times when we were still trying to get an answer from them. The call would get disconnected eventually. Bathroom floor towels and toilet paper were never replaced. They were available only on day 1.

Well-located (not very far from the touristic points- Birla Temple, Charminar). The staff is very kind and the restaurant is also very good. The beds are comfortable. However, the sheets were not ironed which is not comfortable and gives the impression of sleeping in used sheets! The bathroom should be better cleaned (around the taps and the tiles).

I was given a smaller room on check in , but was upgraded by the front office executive Mr. Abbas after i told him this was not ok. I had to wait for atleast 20 minutes at breakfast before somebody asked me what was i waiting for. I asked for a iron & ironing board and it was got after 5 phone calls and after 1 hour 20 mts after i had to personally go to the reception. The staff at the reception are friendly , but their service for guests like me who have stayed multiple times at the hotel needs to be upgraded a few notches.

The hotel is very good. Staff are also very courteous. However i would like to share that i have requested hotel to provide airport pick up on 2/02/18 in the morning at 7.0 am. They have provided promptly through some private operator. The drive asked to pay directly to him the fare Rs. 1200+Rs200 as parking charges. I have requested for bill.Neither hotel staff given me bill of Rs. 1400 not the taxi driver. I did not like this.

Best Hotel
Stay was excellent, Hotel staff were so helpful and polite, and the best part was 24 hours dining experience.
