Just not what they used to be :(
Hotel needs to invest in in-room upgrades. Leaky faucets & old shower heads, leaky tea kettle. I had a very early morning departure & both desk people were crabby, rude, and generally dismissive. Also, hotel location is isolated on a 3km radius gated compound.

今回出張で利用。 シャワーのお湯がぬるい。水圧が低い。 シングルベッドが小さすぎる。 バスタオルが汚れていた。汚れが落ちていなかった。 チェックイン後TVが壊れているのに気付き修理を依頼した。事前に壊れているのに何故気付かないのか? バスルームは髪の毛が残っていて本当に掃除をしたのか?? 早朝、深夜ともに外で大音量を流しうるさかった。止めるようにお願いしたが止めなかった。ここはホテルでありナイトクラブではない。 レストランで飲食をしてその場で支払ったがチェックアウト時にも請求してきた。いわゆる2重請求。いったい何位を考えているのか??? カスタマーサービスが全くできていない、スタッフの教育も全くされていない。 料金は高いがホテルとしてのサービスレベルは低い。 今後このホテルに泊まることは2度とない。

Bathroom Toilet flush tank system was pathetic. There was no pressure to water. Once you flush you need to wait for minimum of 2 minutes to flush next time. we reported this issue to the hotel front desk reportedly they never acknowledged the problem. Very Bad.

Disappointed....
Disappointing experience. 1. Room matress is so soft that you will sink and end up having stiff back next morning. 2. Bed makes terrible screeching noise everytime roll or get out of bed. 3. Restaurant food, especially outdoor coffee counter and dosa counters are terrible. You will get warm beverages even aftet your request for hot coffee. 4. Overall food taste and arrangement is below average and tasteless except that everything is damn spicy.... Overall our two night stay was disappointing....

OK, but needs to improve more!! My observations * I noticed dust on the doors at start and till vacate... Needs to be vacuumed well.... * the system is poor and not up to the 5star dynamic.... Because, for recharge of my room key card I have gone to the reception, hotel staff immediately came to me and recharged the key card and gave to me.... OK, but the room didn't open.... By the time floor manager is coming and I asked him immediately he gave another key card !! Otherwise, I have to go reception again and come back.... *i have seen other customers are also discussing such type of complaints at the reception/ lobby.....
