Beautiful apartment with a small garden

Charming apartment for 6 people. Very well located near the train station, bus stops, and Almanarre Beach in Hyères, in a quiet neighborhood with all amenities nearby. Fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and linens… You’ll also have access to a lovely terrace with patio furniture and a private parking space. The apartment has just been renovated. The perfect place to enjoy a vacation on the French Riviera with friends or family! The apartment is a very comfortable and bright 55 m² two-bedroom unit on the first floor. Its location is truly perfect for vacationers! You’ll have access to the entire apartment (including a private terrace). A parking space will be reserved for you. You’re also welcome to take a stroll down the path to the shared garden if you’d like. We won’t be on-site, but our friend Farida, who lives in Hyères, will be available at any time if needed! Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The apartment’s proximity to Almanarre Beach—well-known for its beauty and water sports—is a major advantage for travelers. Surfers, kitesurfers, windsurfers, and vacationers are all welcome! The apartment is located about 800 m from the Hyères train station and 3 km from the beach. We’ll provide you with parking spaces inside the property grounds. You can easily rent a car at the train station or at Hyères Airport. For those who prefer to get around without a car, that’s possible too! There are plenty of buses that stop right by the apartment! To get here from the train station, which is 900 m away, you can take the 23, 29, 39, or 67. And to get to Almanarre Beach, the 39 is very convenient. During the summer, the city runs free shuttle buses from Espace 3000 (located next to the apartment) to the historic city center. We provide all linens (sheets, comforters, towels, etc.), as well as all necessary household cleaning supplies (laundry and dishwasher tablets, dish soap, soap, etc.).
