Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this charming apartment includes:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of strolling;
- a garden to get some fresh air.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hair dryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Iron, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
It should be noted that parking is easy and free, in all the streets around the accommodation.

## Emplacement
In the Var, it is a city with 2,400 years of history. This city is Hyères, about twenty kilometers east of Toulon. Nicknamed the city of palm trees, Hyères has preserved all its charm of yesteryear. To discover it, stroll through the picturesque streets of the old medieval town perched on the hill of Castéou.
Enter through the Massillon gate, which marks the entrance to the historic center, then stroll to see old houses with colorful facades, brightly colored stalls or a vaulted passage under the ancient ramparts. It is at the top of the hill that you will find the castle of the Lords of Fos, built in the 11th century, and around which the city has developed over time. Today in ruins, the medieval fortress offers its visitors superb viewpoints over the bay of Hyères and the Maures massif!
Hyères also has magnificent gardens and parks. Don’t miss a stroll in one of its remarkable gardens such as the Saint-Bernard park with exotic and Mediterranean essences, located on the heights of the medieval city, or the Olbius Riquier park dotted with colorful massifs, palm trees and exotic plants. You also have the Sainte-Claire park which dominates the city and whose subtropical species offer a flowering throughout the year. A feast of colors and scents!
Continuing towards the east, the saltworks of Hyères are the promise of landscapes of rare beauty. The fauna and flora are particularly abundant: more than 200 species of birds and 300 varieties of plants. A happiness for nature lovers...
Finally, to end your stay in Hyères, head to one of the pleasant beaches of the city. Very beautiful and long stretches of fine sand, such as those of the Almanarre or the Capte, suitable for swimming and relaxing!
