The apartment is located in a quiet gated residence with flower gardens and plenty of parking. The residence is located close to shops, a shopping center, the municipal post office, bus stops, the municipal swimming pool, municipal tennis courts and the large garden of the city (Olbius Riquier Park)
 The apartment is composed:
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine;
- A living room with a large folding bed, a sofa Clic-Clac, a dining area and a TV area;
- A separate fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It has an unobstructed view of the entire city of Hyères.
The residence is very popular for people who want peace during their holidays.
